IT Gården was established in 1999 by Jan Swedin, 11 co-workers and one external financier. The fundamental idea was to offer other companies in North West Skåne a complete IT-partner in all areas within IT.

Today IT Gården is owned by its staff. This was decided to secure the personnel’s high commitment to the company.  It also encouraged the personnel to stay and develop during a longer period, getting to know their customers and the work environment in an intimate way. Our Bankers, customers and suppliers see the structure of the ownership policy as enormously positive. This is one of the most important factors for customers who intend to develop a long-term worthwhile relationship.

The company has developed positively over the years. The goal has been to invest profits into newly developed projects and thus being able to offer our customers solutions which are clever and more cost effective.  Our turnover has increased and staff recourses continue to increase through education and the recruiting of new employees with many years of experience.

Our primary strategy is to employ staff with the correct type of resources and then the company will expand according to the co-workers growing capacity, ambition and ability. The development of the company has been very expansive but stable. As a lead in this venture a whole new concept was started in 2002, called ‘IT Gården Operations’. This is a subsidiary and 100 % owned by IT Gården. This development has struck all predictions.
