Resource reinforcement agreement with a personal IT consultant:

Outsource your IT-department to us and a personal IT-adviser will visit you for example; A half day every other week (the day and time is optional) at a reduced hourly cost. During these visits we will monitor the system according to established agreements and offer help to users as required.

Availability agreement:

Access to compensation for products (new server, fire walls and so on): and a network engineer within 3 to 4 hours after the report comes to us.

Once a year we test back readings to monitor that everything functions as agreed. If the service contains continuous work and a customer send us a report of a fault at 13.00 a technical will come to the customer by 17 o clock at the latest that day.  Additionally, the technician will also work continuously until the problem is solved even after working hours.

Project installation:

On review of the customers IT-system the customer often requires a specified time plan and a quotation with a fixed price. We have the competence to build and run complete solutions for all types of complex systems which are on the market today. IT Gården also has solutions for x-tranet, Intranet, mobile offices, e-mail and much more under the communication umbrella.
